A wonderful day with Jennifer Moher

I was extremely lucky to have had a chance to get some photos done with the talented Jennifer Moher. We have been mulling the idea over for months and months, but finally sorted through our hectic schedules to get together. Not only was she patient with my awkward nature, but took all of my ideas in stride and captured them to a tee! I love wildflowers, ukuleles, greenery, nature and old barns. Well didn’t she find all of these things and more!  Thank you Jen! Thank you, Thank you.

Fish Out O’ Water – Homestead Theatre

“Fish Out O’ Water”

When Mark Bradburn leaves Toronto to complete a six-week artist residency in rural Newfoundland, little does he know how his life will change forever. As several of the characters in Epiphany Bay come to terms with lost love, they soon discover that the possibility of new love comes at unexpected moments. “Fish Out O’ Water”, written by Paul Crough has all of the entertaining elements that Homestead Theatre audiences have come to expect. A comedic script, filled with colourful characters, a talented cast and original songs that complement the story are sure to make “Fish out O’ Water” another Homestead favorite.

Snow day in Bobcaygeon

snow day

First day off in a couple of weeks, and I decided I would be extra productive today! What better day, or place to work on my life plan than in Bobcaygeon On. with Ally B on this beauty snow day!

I am so lucky to have such wonderful friends who are always encouraging me to chase after my dreams, and then give me the tools to do so! I would not have this website if it weren’t for my amazingly beautiful friend Ally Boothroyd. Words escape me. All I can say is Thank you Thank you Thank you.

So here it is my first blog! (I had no clue how to blog or what a blog was until Ally showed me. Please bear with me!)

I am so grateful to have landed the role of Maria Von Trappe in Peterborough Theatre Guild’s upcoming spring musical, The Sound of Music. The show is directed by Jerry Allen, choreographed by Julie Fallis and Paul Crough, and Diana McLeod is the musical director. The Sound of Music will run from May 3rd – May 11 at the Showplace Performance Centre. It is worth seeing if only for the little kiddies. They are a joy to work with and watch!

That is all for now. Happy Wednesday everybody.

Here’s to all of us :)
